CRM/ GHL Specialist 2

  • Set up, customize, and optimize the GoHighLevel CRM system to align with business objectives.
  • Build and manage automated workflows and sales pipelines to streamline the lead management process.
  • Segment contacts using smart lists to run targeted SMS, email, and voicemail campaigns.
  • Automate onboarding sequences, follow-ups, and reminders using GHL’s automation tools.
  • Design high-converting funnels and landing pages using GoHighLevel’s drag-and-drop builder.
  • Integrate GHL’s calendar feature for automated appointment booking and lead scheduling.
  • Monitor campaign performance through GHL’s analytics and reporting dashboards to track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Manage user roles and permissions within the GHL platform to ensure secure access and team collaboration.
  • Set up and manage integrations with third-party platforms like Stripe, Google Ads, Zoom, Facebook, and others.
  • Regularly clean and maintain the CRM database to ensure accurate and updated contact information.
  • Create onboarding workflows for clients to automate and simplify their business processes using GHL.
  • Develop custom forms, surveys, and chat widgets, and embed them into websites or funnels.
  • Train clients or team members on how to effectively use GoHighLevel tools and features.

 

  • Strong understanding of GoHighLevel CRM and its full suite of tools and features
  • Ability to build and manage automation workflows (email, SMS, voicemail, follow-ups).
  • Experience creating and optimizing sales funnels and landing pages using GHL's funnel builder.
  • Proficiency in managing pipelines, calendars, forms, surveys, and chat widgets within the platform.
  • Familiarity with lead generation, nurturing, and client onboarding automation.
  • Knowledge of integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, Zoom, Facebook, Google Ads, Mailgun, Twilio).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for custom edits and styling (optional but helpful).
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and interpret data using GHL reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot automation, campaign, or integration issues.
  • Good communication skills for training clients or collaborating with teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date with CRM trends, marketing automation, and GoHighLevel platform updates.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
